I’ve been with Impacto as a direct employee for 26 years but have been selling Impacto products for 30 years. Safeguard Technologies was the sole distribution point for Impacto into the US market. When I was hired at Impacto, we started selling to all the Safeguard Technologies distributors direct from Canada. This has proven to be a very good business decision for Impacto.
I’ve lived in Marietta, Ohio for the past 25 years but did have a 2 year stay on the Big Island of Hawaii during COVID-19. As someone who lives on the go with our family weekends at our campground and boating, I know the importance of safety in every adventure. Jason McMeen | Sales Manager of Central USA
I’ve been in the Safety Industry for over 25 years and have a plethora of experience from my current and previous roles. When I’m not working you can find me with my two incredible kids and an adorable dog outside hiking, kayaking, fishing, or trail running! Dan Theberge | Sales Manager of North-East USA
I have worked in the manufacturing and sales industry for almost 50 years. Over the years I have worked from the bottom line of the stitching and sewing department in my father’s shoe factory, to engineering and product development, and now front of the line Sales Manager.
In my spare time, my wife and I enjoy traveling, golfing, pickle ball, skiing, bowling and snowmobiling. We have a blended family of three kids and two grandchildren.
I enjoy my role at Impacto and look forward to helping folks with safety products that protect their customers and employees.

Debra Bradley | Sales Manager of Western USA
I enjoy utilizing my 30 + years of experience in the industrial personal protective products industry, to help provide PPE/Ergonomic PPE solutions and value-added services to our customers.
Prior to Impacto, I served as the Western Regional Sales Manager for one the world’s largest manufacturer of personal and product protective gloves and have successfully managed territories as a Distributor Account Manager for two distributors. In addition, I have successfully achieved certification as a Qualified Safety Sales Professional.
On a personal note, living in Las Vegas has been an adventure! I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my puppy as well as traveling together to explore places we have not been before.

Christine Eckert | National Sales Manager of Canada
I have been working at Impacto for 13 years. My favorite part about working at Impacto is meeting with our customers and solving their problems with our fantastic products, as well as working with the Impacto team and supporting our agents in the field.
Outside of work you can find me hiking, reading, going to concerts and completing some fun crochet projects! I am a mom of two kids in their 20’s and I have a dog named Olive!

Paul Appleby | National Sales Manager of EU & UK
I have worked for Impacto for almost 22 years and like to call the Impacto team family! My favourite part of the job is meeting new people, seeing different industries, and learning how our products can help protect them.
My favourite products to sell are Kneepads and Mats as I believe we have the best in the business, and they sell themselves once you explain the benefits and features.
I was born and bred in the greatest city in the world Liverpool, England! Outside work in my younger days, I played semi-professional football. I am a diehard Liverpool FC fan, and continue to play recreationally. In my spare time you can find me playing golf, walking, hiking, and spending time with my wife, children and friends.
