Update on Covid-19
Impacto is open to serve your safety needs
Dear Valued Customers,
On behalf of Impacto Protective Products I wanted to reach out to update you on our current situation and upcoming plans with respect to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Impacto Protective Products remains fully operational in terms of our production facility here in Belleville Ontario, as well as our Warehouses in New York, and the UK. We are happy to advise that orders and samples will ship in the same time frame as before.
The borders of Canada have been closed temporarily to visitors with the exception of US citizens.
As a company we made the decision to take our sales force “off the road” out our respect to our customers and to do our part to “flatten the curve”.
We have increased the opportunity for our office staff to work from home if they exhibit any symptoms of cold or flu and limited access to our buildings to the public.
As with many companies we are expecting a slowdown in trade over the next few months. We are taking this rare, quieter time to work on those projects that may have been pushed aside during busier moments. The hope is, when this state of affairs passes Impacto will be more efficient and ready to serve you better than before.
This situation can be scary for many, we are encouraging our staff to reach out to customers, suppliers and friends to lend support or just to be here if they want to talk.
