• IMPACTO Acquires Viscolas Inc.
  IMPACTO Protectie Products Inc. a privately owned Canadian manufacturer and distributor of specialized personal protective equipment has acquired Viscolas Inc., a Chattanooga, TN, based manufacturer and distributor of shock-absorbing and vibration reducing products.
  
  The purchase became effective November 2nd, 2009 and expands IMPACTO’s business footprint in the industrial and medical safety field. Viscolas will continue to operate under the same name.
  
  Viscolas Customers should be assured of the continuation of a quality product and the technical support to which they are accustomed to.
  
  With the additional support from IMPACTO staff, Viscolas’ customers can now enjoy regional service throughout North America as well as having access to a large variety of related new products. Contact information remains the same to ensure no interruption of service. Calls to Viscolas are now routed through Impacto’s corporate office in Canada.
